The price per session depends only on the number of sessions, and it's the same for a bundle and a subscription. 4 sessions: £74 per session, £296 in total (save 6%). 12 sessions: £64 per session, £768 in total (save 18%, our most popular). 24 sessions: £59 per session, £1,416 in total (save 25%).

A bundle is a one-off payment, valid for 180 days. A subscription renews automatically every 28, 84 or 168 days, depending on its size, and you can cancel it any time. Sessions from both work with any therapist. At checkout you'll see the plans available for your account.

A 50-minute one-to-one video session with a verified therapist, on our secure platform in your browser. Sessions are never recorded, and we follow UK GDPR.

Yes. Sessions from a bundle or subscription can be used with any therapist, as often as you choose.

A cancelled session isn't lost: it goes back to your balance, and you can book it again. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session, and reschedule once, up to 12 hours before.

Bundles and subscriptions are non-refundable. You can reschedule your sessions instead, and if you need more time with a bundle, our Care Team can extend its validity.

Yes. If the fit isn't right, you can switch therapist once for free, and our Care Team will help you rematch. Your bundle or subscription sessions stay with you.

Any time in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep the sessions you've already paid for. We also email you before each renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. PayPal is not supported. You can request an invoice from your purchase details, and we can also invoice companies.
