Pleso Therapy (pleso.me) is an online therapy platform for adults in the UK. A session is a 50-minute one-to-one video call with a verified, accredited therapist. You can pay for one session at a time for £79, or choose a bundle or subscription of 4, 12 or 24 sessions and pay less for each one: from £74 down to £59 per session.
A bundle is a one-off payment. It's valid for 180 days, and its sessions work with any therapist, as often as you choose.
A subscription renews automatically: 4 sessions every 28 days, 12 every 84 days or 24 every 168 days, at the same price per session as the bundle of that size. We email you before each charge, and you can cancel any time in your account: cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep the sessions you've paid for.
If a session is cancelled, it isn't lost: it goes back to your balance. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session, and reschedule once, up to 12 hours before.

Bundles and subscriptions are non-refundable. You can reschedule your sessions instead, and if you need more time with a bundle, our Care Team can extend its validity.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. PayPal is not supported. You can request an invoice from your purchase details, and we can also invoice companies.
